It’s National Census Day in Argentina, so half a million volunteers are going door-to-door around the country gathering household data. Fortunate then are the census staffers assigned to canvas one of the ten most luxurious high-rises in Buenos Aires, as compiled by iProfesional.

Location, construction quality and lifestyle amenities are three of the characteristics that set these properties apart from other BA luxury buildings, writes Guillermina Fossati, and market demand for available units in these towers has much to do with the architecture, prestige and aura surrounding these iconic properties.

The Top 10 List features six buildings in Puerto Madero, two in Palermo, one in Palermo Chico and one in Retiro. The price per square foot ranges from US$371 at Le Parc to US$650 for the Grand Bourg. (Full article in Spanish).
