On average, a 70 square meter (750 sf) apartment in Belgrano today costs US$144,933, and the average 140 square meter (1,500 sf) Belgrano condo costs US$287,865.

Further south in Palermo, the average price for existing condos is US$2,180 per m2 (US$202 per sf), the minimum price is US$1,625/m2 (US$151/sf) and the maximum price is US$2,880/m2 (US$267/sf). On average, a 70 square meter (750 sf) apartment in Palermo today costs US$151,950, and the average 140 square meter (1,500 sf) Palermo condo costs US$303,900.

And finally in Recoleta, the average price for existing condos is US$2,360 per m2 (US$219 per sf), the minimum price is US$1,835/m2 (US$170/sf) and the maximum price is US$3,285/m2 (US$305/sf). On average, a 70 square meter (750 sf) apartment in Recoleta today costs US$164,498, and the average 140 square meter (1,500 sf) Recoleta condo costs US$328,995.
