Moody’s Weighs Rating Upgrades For Uruguay, Peru & Colombia

Exactly two years ago Uruguay regained investment grade status thanks to a well-deserved rating revision from S&P. Now Moody’s is considering an upgrade for Uruguay and two other South American bright spots.
